Company Overview
Established in 1998 and located on Bieqiao Town of Liyang City, our company changed the name to Liyang Weilian Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd in 2004. We mainly focus on production of metallic membrane type, quincunx type, star type, pin type, friction type and serpentine spring type flexible coupling and locking assembles. Our products passed ISO 9001:2008 certification and were sold all around the globe with high praise from our customers.
Our company covers an area of 2500m2, including 1200m2 for production.
Our products are mainly applied in machinery industries such as machine tools, chemicals, instrument, printing, water pump, plastic machine, fodder and fans. Currently we have more than 160 long-term business partners across China such as Suzhou Newway (American-funded), Nanjing Lih Chang Machinery Co., Ltd, Weinig Machinery Co., Ltd (German-founded), ITT (American-funded), Buhler AG (Changzhou) (Swiss-funded), Nanjing No.2 Machinery Co., Ltd, Nanjing Rubber & Plastics Machine Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Rifa Textile Machinery Co., Ltd...etc. Principle of coupling: it is mainly a device to transmit the torque to the driven machine, which compensates axial, radial and angular deviation caused due to deformation by manufacturing manufacturing error, installation error and deformation after loading as well as temperature change. With flexible action of membrane (elastomer), it bears the transmission torque between the main motor and driven machine; it also compensates three-direction displacement between two axis, vibration elimination and isolation. anti-backlash flexible coupling is much better with small structure size, light weight, high transmission torque and precision, which can better improve motion quality and stability of transmission machinery.
